Strategic Planning 2022

During the 2021-22 school year, ISD 166 implemented a strategic planning process to provide clarity regarding the district mission, vision, core values, and strategic directions. The school board collected input from staff, community members, organizations, and students through the fall and winter months and then held several public work sessions to craft the district Strategic Roadmap. The roadmap serves as a clear guide for decision making and planning work.
