
Baseball today is a go! The game will be at 4PM, in Cook County, at Arleigh Jorgenson Field, verse Silver Bay. JV to follow.

Tomorrows JH meet at Mesabi East has been canceled due to weather as well as tomorrows Softball game against Silver Bay due to field under water.
Baseball game is still TBD, if it happens it will be a home game, 4pm, followed by JV.

Due to the high winds that are expected todays Baseball game against Barnum will now start at 3:30pm, and JH baseball will follow.

A reminder that there is no school for students on Monday, April 22nd.


Career and College Fair


Due to the predicted weather some of the activities for the week have been moved. The softball game against Barnum will now be played TOMORROW 4/15 instead of Tuesday. This game will be at the Pappy Wright field (little league field), starting at 3:30pm. Baseball will keep their game for Tuesday against Barnum for now, and still be traveling to MIB tomorrow.
The track meet in Moose Lake has also been moved to TOMORROW instead of Tuesday.

There have been many calls about the schedule that North Shore Journal put out regarding the spring sports schedules. Please note that they have LAST years schedule, and the current schedule is up to date and located on our school website under activities and schedules.

Today's home baseball games against Hill City have been canceled due to weather. A makeup game will be made for the future.

A reminder that there is no school April 1st through April 5th.


2024-2025 CLASS REGISTRATION
Students in grades 8 - 11 at ISD 166 are in the final week of class registration for 2024-2025 school year!
Students, please review the course guide, talk with your teachers and see your school counselor with questions.

LOCAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
The ISD 166 High School Local Scholarship Program will be Wednesday, May 22 at 6:30 pm in the ACA.
Thank you to the many individuals and organizations that generously provide scholarships and financial opportunities to our graduating seniors. We appreciate your support of students!
(This is a change in past scholarship programs that have traditionally been during the school day. We will have this year's event in the evening in the ACA. Please join us.)
Reminder to senior students that the deadline for applications is coming up soon. Most are due in the school office by 3 pm on April 9th. There are a few that are due earlier, so please pay attention to the deadlines indicated on each application.

This years Spring Sports meeting for all athletes 6-12th will be on March 6th at 5:30pm in the Pam Taylor Gymnasium.
**6th graders are asked to come if interested in playing a spring sport (track, baseball, softball). We will decide off of those numbers if we can have a JH team. More information will follow after the meeting.

Just a reminder that the deadline for ordering elementary yearbooks is March 15th. Order forms have been sent home or you can order online. Cost is $17 each.
